Terms of use

Last updated 9 August 2026

The short version

  • Masar is free, and you can use most of it without an account.
  • We check every deadline carefully, but employers change them without telling anyone. Always confirm on the employer's own site before you rely on a date here.
  • We are independent. No employer pays to be listed, and no listing is an endorsement.
  • Do not scrape the site or resell the data. Use it as a student would.

Who we are

Masar is an independent tracker of internship and graduate programme deadlines in the Gulf, built by students. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you disagree with them, please don't use it.

What we promise about accuracy, and what we don't

We take accuracy seriously. Listings are checked against employers' own careers pages, and anything we cannot verify is marked rather than guessed. Programmes that disappear from an employer's site are removed from ours.

Even so, deadlines move, programmes are cancelled, and pages change without notice. We cannot guarantee that every date, requirement or link is correct at the moment you read it, and we are not responsible for a missed application, a rejected application, or any decision you make based on what you read here. Always confirm on the employer's own website before applying.

We are not connected to the employers

Company names and logos belong to their owners and are used to identify programmes. No employer listed on Masar pays us, sponsors us, or has approved this site. A listing is not a recommendation, and we have no role in any hiring decision. When you press Apply you leave Masar and their terms apply, not ours.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information: your citizenship, university and study stage personalise what we show you first, so wrong answers give you a worse experience.

You must be 16 or older to create an account. You can delete it at any time by emailing us. We may suspend accounts that abuse the site.

What you send us

If you submit a programme, tell us about a salary, or send feedback, you are confirming it is accurate as far as you know and that you are allowed to share it. You keep ownership of what you send, and you give us permission to publish it on Masar, edit it for clarity, and keep it if the programme stays listed.

Don't submit anything confidential, anything covered by an agreement you signed with an employer, or anything false. We review submissions before publishing and may decline any of them.

Fair use

Please don't:

  • Scrape, crawl or bulk-download the listings, or use them to build a competing service
  • Resell or republish our data
  • Try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site
  • Use another person's account, or create one for someone else

Reading the site normally, saving programmes, and exporting your own saved deadlines to your calendar are all fine. That is what it is for.

Pay estimates

Where an employer does not publish pay, we sometimes show an estimated range based on typical market rates for that sector and country. These are clearly labelled as estimates. They are not offers, not quotes, and not advice. Treat them as a rough guide only.

Availability

Masar is provided as it is, free of charge. We do not promise it will always be available, and we may change or remove features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using the site.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and significant changes will be announced on the site. Questions go to salemalnashwan9@gmail.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
